How can I order?
You can place your order by pressing the BUY button located on the right below the price of the product you want to order. You will be automatically transferred to the BASKET, where you can confirm your order by clicking the ORDER button or return to the site and add other products to your order by pressing the CONTINUE SHOPPING button, the price is for one piece, in Bulgarian levs, with VAT included and does not include the cost of the courier service. Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an email with data and details of the processed order. Please check that you have received confirmation of the accepted request and if such has not been received within a few minutes after your order, contact us. In case the requested product is not available or sold out, we will contact you and inform you. Do not make a bank transfer until you have received confirmation from our staff that the product is available.

You can also use the contact information to contact our employee about special delivery conditions other than those listed on the site, technical information about the products on the site, advice on how to store and operate, as well as for complaints.
Control of personal information
As a client of the site Termo Pribori BG it is not necessary to make a preliminary registration. For each of your orders you only need to fill in the Registration Form, specifying: Name, Surname, E-mail, Contact Phone, Delivery Address. The clients of this site are obliged to provide accurate personal data and other required personal information upon registration.
Thermo Pribori BG will not disclose the personal information provided by the clients in the Registration Form to third parties without their express written consent. Except in cases where the obligation to provide personal information arises from the Act and is required by the relevant order.
Payment methods
You can make the payment of your order by cash on delivery, directly to the courier, upon receipt of delivery or by bank transfer, by explicitly stating in the Registration Form that you want payment by bank transfer. All payments are made to the following account:

In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment will be sent to the BUYER after receiving confirmation of the payment from the bank to the beneficiary.
A customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act is obliged to pay the selling price of the goods purchased by him, as well as transport costs not included in this price.
Terms and delivery
Thermo devices BG accepts orders at any time of the day and processes them every working day from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer or upon request in the office of the courier company, within 1 to 4 working days. Thermo utensils BG reserves the right to change the delivery time by informing the BUYER / CLIENT about the change.
Some products cannot be ordered online as they must be registered on the spot in one of the stores we work with.
Our consultant will contact you within two working days in case the product you have chosen is not available or additional registration is required on site.
Please do not pay by bank transfer for a product of your choice until our consultant has confirmed your order by phone.
The delivery price is calculated according to Speedy's tariffs for the country. The amount of delivery is at the expense of the customer and can be calculated at: http://www.speedy.bg/calculate/. The ordered goods are delivered in appropriate packaging to ensure its integrity and safe transportation. In the presence of unforeseen circumstances leading to delays in the execution of the order, the customer will be notified in a timely manner on the specified contact phone number.
In case of untimely delivery, due to the fault of the courier company, DVT Solutions EOOD does not owe compensation or penalty to the client, as he in turn reserves the right to refuse the order.
If the customer does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the delivery address specified by him, Termo Pribori BG is released from its obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.
In case of established violations in the appearance of the goods, the integrity of the packaging or shortages, contact the courier, who is obliged to draw up a report for damage / loss / loss / absence of the shipment.
Return purchases
A client of Termo Pribori BG has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to cancel his purchase within 7 working days, according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. In this case, the customer is only responsible for the direct costs of returning the products. Purchase
of goods may be returned if not used, printed, with damaged trade appearance and under all other conditions under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The customer is obliged to inform Termo Pribori BG about his intention to return the purchased products by any means of written communication (e-mail, fax or others) within 7 working days after receipt of the products. A customer who notifies about the return of purchased goods is responsible for their return no later than 10 days from the submission of the notice, otherwise Termo Pribori BG will consider the request for return invalid and not producing any legal action.
After the return of such goods, Termo Pribori BG within 30 days will refund the amount of the purchase. The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, except in cases of factory defect, in which they are borne by Thermo Pribori BG. In case of a factory defect, within 30 days from the return of the goods, Termo Pribori BG is obliged to repair or replace the damaged goods, or return the amount to the customer. Any damage is considered a factory defect, provided that it was not caused intentionally or as a result of improper use. The warranty period starts from the moment of receipt of the shipment by the customer. The maximum period for eliminating the defect that appeared during the warranty period is 30 days. In case of defects found upon receipt of the goods, the customer should immediately notify the type and quantity.
